The Patriot Act, is it just Unconstitutional or does it really do what the title suggests?

First read that about the Patriot Act its a summary for those who do not read legalese. Or read the below link from the library of congress website. (Currently obtaining the actual written act is eluding me. Under the freedom of information act you can get it sent to your home in its entirety.)
http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d107:h.r.03162:
Please note I actually do read summaries of acts passed in Congress, as it is my Constitutional right. And if I do not understand the summary I request for the bill in its entirety. By law the government has to provide uncensored public documents. Since bills and laws are not classified and if they were we would have a huge problem, nothing should be black boxed. If you recieve a bill or law that was black boxed contacting your governor or congressman about the issue is advisable. Other than certain UCMJ laws there is no law that is marked higher than General. Which every citizen has.

Mom Charged With Murder in Caylee Anthony Case
Posted by tothewire on October 17, 2008
Casey Anthony had been eyed since daughter Caylee was reported missing July 15
A Florida grand jury has indicted the mother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony on first degree murder charges.
Casey Anthony, 22, was charged in an indictment unsealed today with intentionally killing her daughter. She was also charged with aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and providing false information to law enforcement.
Suspicion has swirled around Anthony since her daughter, Caylee, was reported missing July 15 in Orange County. At the time, Anthony allegedly told her family and police she had not seen her daughter for 31 days and investigators said she had given them changing and inaccurate information since then.
The sheriff’s department has said it believes Caylee is probably dead.

Separation of Church and State
Posted by tothewire on October 16, 2008
Religious Right Research
The single greatest threat to church-state separation in America is the movement known as the Religious Right. Organizations and leaders representing this religio-political crusade seek to impose a fundamentalist Christian viewpoint on all Americans through government action. Read the rest of this entry »

President Bush’s (originally proposed) Immagration Policy would it create a sub-class willing to work for lower wages?

The title says it all. This is the topic for my micro-economics group project.
This is the hearing on the originally proposed immigration policy.
